By using our site or engaging our services you agree to these terms. Specific engagements are also governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails in the event of any conflict.
Our services
Verisyn provides Microsoft consultancy, solutions development, managed web, and training services. Descriptions on this site are for general information; the scope, deliverables, fees and timelines of any engagement are set out in a written proposal or statement of work.
Use of this website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, misuse it, or access it in any way that infringes the rights of others.
Intellectual property
Content on this site is owned by Verisyn or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Ownership of deliverables produced during an engagement is addressed in the relevant written agreement; you own your domain, website files and content as set out there.
Fees and management plans
One-time build fees are quoted separately from recurring hosting and care. Change allowances follow a fair-use policy, and support hours and target response times are confirmed in your plan. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verisyn is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a separate engagement agreement states otherwise.
